Balmoral Lui was acquired from Her Majesty The Queen’s Highland Pony Stud at Balmoral, Scotland and arrived in New Zealand November 2013.  Balmoral Lui is a great example of the Highland Pony breed, standing a full 14.2hh, Lui has strong confirmation with a kind gentle nature.

Balmoral Lui is full sister to Balmoral Stud’s resident Stallion, Balmoral Mandarin.

Prior to arriving in New Zealand, Lui had a very successful showing career in the UK having won at NPS area 20 Spring Show, NPS area 25 Summer Show and the South West Pony Association Trinity Show. Her showing success has continued in New Zealand winning at Kumeu A&P Show 2014 and Reserve Grand Champion Mountain and Moorland at the 2015 North Island All Breeds Show.
